What method of payment do you accept?

I gladly accept all electronic payments via PayPal including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have a PayPal account - it's easy to set one up.

Cheque payments are also accepted (UK only), please note down your required items in an email or list details and enclose with cheque. Please confirm your preferred postal address.

Cheques should be made payable to Paul Farrell.

Please also be aware that cheques take around 5 days to clear and goods are not dispatched until payments are fully transferred - this applies to all payment types.

Additionally, items paid for by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears funds (this usually takes 4-6 days).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account, though if you already have a PayPal account you may certainly use it.

Do you provide vouchers?

Yes I do. These can make the perfect gift. Vouchers are available for denominations starting at £10.00 (GBP).  Please email me details of the recipient and amount. All vouchers will have a one year shelf life to redeem against goods only at my on-line store.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to mine using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Also I will not share your personal information with any third parties.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes I do. There is 'everywhere else' option for shipping overseas.

How long until my item(s) arrive?

All items will be dispatched via Royal Mail.

All goods will be well packaged e.g. small prints kept flat and large prints rolled and protected by a cardboard tube, all wrapped in acid free tissue paper. 

Goods are usually shipped within 4 business days of order or sooner. If, in unforeseen circumstances, this is not possible, you will be notified immediately. Some orders may take longer e.g. if a print needs to be printed to order, then this will take longer and you will be notified via email along with an ETA. 

If your order is needed sooner - insured, tracked or expedited packages can be shipped at an additional cost by prior arrangement.

Once funds have been received confirmation of dispatch will be emailed along with an estimated delivery date.

What is your return/refund policy?

i. Returns

I offer a refund/return policy on full price of goods in new or saleable condition, returned within two weeks of shipment receipt. I do not refund shipping costs.

Should you wish to return goods please notify me in writing (email or letter) within 7 days of shipment receipt.

I suggest that items are returned with appropriate tracking and insurance as no responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged goods.

ii. Damaged items

If any item arrives damaged please contact me immediately and keep the item and packaging used.

A replacement will be dispatched once I have either received the damaged item(s) or further advice from the carrier.

Please wait for instructions before returning the item.

iii. Delayed items

If your item does not arrive within 7 days of receipt of your dispatch notification email, please contact me in order that I can assess the situation.

Do you consider commissions?

Yes I do. I would be happy to receive commissions. This maybe based on a particular body of my work or something new. Simply contact me with your enquiry and I would be happy to provide an estimate.

Disclaimer

While every effort has been made to accurately depict all styles available and apply a strict quality control, my work's status, as sometimes handmade, can be susceptible to difference. I have outlined colours and details where appropriate, but please bear in mind that computer monitors can effect the appearance of the actual goods and product may vary slightly once received.
